Akili Edu is an online educational platform designed to help students prepare for major African examinations including EGCSE (Eswatini), CAPS (South Africa), WAEC (West Africa), and IGCSE. Our platform provides comprehensive lessons, practice questions, and study materials across Mathematics, English, and Science subjects.

Access Cards & Payment
An Access Card is a unique code that grants you access to Akili Edu's learning platform for a specified number of days. Once activated, you'll have unlimited access to all lessons, practice materials, and resources for your chosen curriculum during the validity period.

- Enter your email address (this is where your code will be sent)
- Complete secure payment via Stripe
- Receive your unique access code instantly via email
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner, Stripe. We support multiple currencies including GBP, USD, EUR, ZAR, and NGN for your convenience.
Yes! Access Cards make excellent gifts for students. All access codes are sent to your email address, and you can then forward them to whoever you wish to gift. You can also purchase multiple cards in one transaction - each card will have its own unique code that you can share with different recipients.
Using Your Access Code
- Visit akiliedu.com
- Click on "Redeem Code" or navigate to your account settings
- Enter your unique access code exactly as provided
- Your access period begins immediately upon activation
Your access period begins the moment you activate your code on the Akili Edu platform, not when you purchase it. This means you can buy an Access Card now and activate it later when you're ready to start learning.
First, please check your spam/junk folder. Access codes are sent immediately after successful payment.
If you still can't find it, contact us at support@akiliedu.com with your order number (format: AKE-YYMMDD-XXXX) and we'll resend your code.
Refunds & Support
We offer refunds for unused Access Cards within 14 days of purchase. Once a code has been activated on the Akili Edu platform, it cannot be refunded.
