Welcome to the Akili Edu Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of Access Cards for the Akili Edu learning platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Akili Edu Store is operated by ESJ Software Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Definitions

• "Access Card" refers to a unique code that grants access to the Akili Edu learning platform for a specified duration.
• "Customer" or "you" refers to any person who purchases or uses our products.
• "Platform" refers to the Akili Edu educational website at akiliedu.com.

3. Account and Eligibility

You do not need to create an account to purchase Access Cards from our store. However, you must:

• Provide a valid email address for delivery of your Access Card
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts

4. Products and Pricing

4.1 Access Cards: We sell digital Access Cards that provide time-limited access to the Akili Edu learning platform. The duration and features included are specified on each product listing.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.3 Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Process: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order constitutes an offer to buy, which we may accept by sending you a confirmation email with your Access Card.

5.2 Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed before Access Cards are delivered.

5.3 Delivery: Access Cards are delivered electronically via email immediately after successful payment. Ensure your email address is correct, as we cannot recover undelivered codes sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Access Card Terms

6.1 Activation: Access Cards must be activated on the Akili Edu platform. The validity period begins upon activation, not purchase.

6.2 Single Use: Each Access Card can only be used once. Once activated, it cannot be transferred to another account.

6.3 Expiration: Unactivated Access Cards do not expire. However, once activated, access is limited to the duration specified at purchase.

6.4 Prohibited Use: Access Cards may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Unused Cards: We offer refunds for unused Access Cards within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at support@akiliedu.com with your order number.

7.2 Activated Cards: Once an Access Card has been activated on the Akili Edu platform, it is not eligible for refund.

7.3 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Akili Edu International Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
• We are not responsible for the content or availability of the Akili Edu learning platform

• Cancel suspicious orders
